Set your air fryer to 375°F and let it run for at least 3 minutes to heat completely.

Combine oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a big mixing bowl. Toss broccoli florets until they’re evenly coated. Add 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan and give it another mix.

Place the broccoli in the preheated air fryer basket and cook for 4–5 minutes. Shake the basket about halfway through to cook everything evenly.

If you’d like your broccoli even crispier, turn the heat up to 390°F and fry for an extra minute after shaking the basket.

Top with extra lemon zest and the rest of the Parmesan before serving.
