Effortless Spicy Shrimp Stir-Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 250g of shrimp, deveined and peeled
02 - 1 cup of fresh green beans
03 - 1/2 of a red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
04 - 1 1/2 cups of small broccoli pieces
05 - 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
06 - 1 tbsp of tamari
07 - 2 scallions, sliced thin
08 - 1 tbsp of olive oil
09 - 1 tsp of red pepper flakes
10 - 1 tbsp of fresh ginger, grated

# Instructions:

01 - Slice, chop, and prep all the veggies, garlic, ginger, and other ingredients beforehand to make cooking smoother.
02 - On medium-high heat, toss the broccoli and green beans with olive oil in a large pan. Cover it briefly for 1-2 minutes if you're working with frozen beans, but keep an eye out so nothing overcooks.
03 - Toss in the red bell pepper slices and keep stirring for 3-4 minutes until they soften slightly.
04 - Pour the tamari over the veggies and mix well. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring regularly.
05 - Sprinkle in the garlic, ginger, scallions, and red pepper flakes. Stir everything together for another 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp is pink and the broccoli still has a little bit of crunch.
06 - Dish it out while it's nice and hot.

# Notes:

01 - In this dish, a pointed red pepper (not spicy) was originally used, but a regular bell pepper works great too.
