Slice, chop, and prep all the veggies, garlic, ginger, and other ingredients beforehand to make cooking smoother.

On medium-high heat, toss the broccoli and green beans with olive oil in a large pan. Cover it briefly for 1-2 minutes if you're working with frozen beans, but keep an eye out so nothing overcooks.

Toss in the red bell pepper slices and keep stirring for 3-4 minutes until they soften slightly.

Pour the tamari over the veggies and mix well. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring regularly.

Sprinkle in the garlic, ginger, scallions, and red pepper flakes. Stir everything together for another 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp is pink and the broccoli still has a little bit of crunch.
