Italian Cheese Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ready-made pie shell (half of a 14.1-oz box).
02 - 2-3 tbsp tangy Dijon mustard.
03 - 3 ounces thinly cut prosciutto (6 slices).
04 - 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella.
05 - 1-2 tbsp grated Parmesan.
06 - 3/4 tsp blend of Italian herbs.
07 - Some fresh herbs to top it off (if you want).

# Instructions:

01 - Leave out for 10-15 minutes to soften. Unfold into a circle. Brush a thin coating of mustard.
02 - Cover with prosciutto. Scatter mozzarella and Parmesan. Dust with Italian herbs.
03 - Fold up tightly, press edge to close. Cover in foil. Cool for at least 1 hour.
04 - Cut into 1/2-inch pieces. Set on lined tray. Cook 10-11 minutes till brown. Let cool a bit before eating.
