Feta Spinach Muffins (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup crumbled feta cheese.
02 - 6 large eggs.
03 - ¼ cup milk (if you want to add it).
04 - ¼ teaspoon salt.
05 - 2 tablespoons diced onions (if you'd like).
06 - ⅛ teaspoon black pepper.
07 - ¼ cup diced cherry tomatoes (optional).
08 - ¼ cup cooked bacon or sausage crumbles (optional).
09 - ¼ cup diced bell peppers (add if you want).
10 - 1 cup chopped fresh spinach or ½ cup thawed frozen spinach, drained.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and grease your muffin tin or use silicone liners.
02 - Beat the eggs with pepper, salt, and milk (if you want to include it).
03 - Add the spinach, feta, and whatever extras you prefer. Stir well.
04 - Bake for around 20-25 minutes till they’re firm and lightly browned.
05 - Crumble the feta cheese and chop the spinach.
06 - Spoon the mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about three-quarters of the way.
