Fizzy Lavender Summer Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cocktail

01 - 1 oz (30ml) lavender sweet syrup
02 - 2 oz (60ml) bubbly wine or Prosecco
03 - 1 oz (30ml) fizzy water
04 - ½ oz (15ml) squeezed lemon
05 - Handful of ice

→ Lavender Sweet Syrup

06 - 1 cup water
07 - 1 cup white sugar
08 - 2 tablespoons dried food-grade lavender flowers

→ Finishing Touch

09 - Small lavender stem
10 - Thin lemon wedge

# Instructions:

01 - Mix water, sugar, and lavender flowers in a pot with medium flame. Keep stirring till sugar melts, let it bubble softly, then pull off heat and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
02 - Pour through a fine strainer to get rid of flower bits and cool it down.
03 - Drop ice into your wine glass, pour in lavender mix and lemon juice. Add bubbly wine, then splash in fizzy water.
04 - Lightly mix everything without killing the bubbles. Stick in a lavender sprig and pop on a lemon slice.

# Notes:

01 - You can keep the lavender mix in your fridge for about 2 weeks
02 - Make it booze-free by swapping bubbly wine with more fizzy water
03 - Want it sweeter or less sweet? Just add more or less lavender syrup
