Warm your oven to 300°F (150°C). Put parchment on a baking tray.

Grab a clean bowl and whip those egg whites with cream of tartar until they stand up straight.

In another bowl, stir together the egg yolks, blended cottage cheese, salt, and cornstarch if you're using it.

Gently scoop the fluffy egg whites into your yolk mix bit by bit. Don't squish out the air bubbles.

Drop the mixture into 6 equal piles on your lined tray. Bake them for about 25-30 minutes until they're golden and feel firm.
