Fluffy Tropical Fruit Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup heavy cream for whipping
02 - 1/4 cup sugar powder
03 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla flavor

→ Fruits

04 - 11 ounce can of mandarin segments, drained well
05 - 8 ounce can pineapple bits, excess liquid removed
06 - 1 cup red maraschino cherries, liquid drained away

→ Add-ins

07 - 1 cup sweet shredded coconut
08 - 1 1/2 cups tiny colorful fruit marshmallows

→ Optional Add-ins

09 - Pecans, roughly chopped
10 - Bananas cut into slices
11 - Apples diced into small chunks

# Instructions:

01 - Whip the cream using electric beaters for about 1-2 minutes. Gradually sprinkle in sugar powder while continuing to beat until firm peaks show up. Gently mix in the yogurt.
02 - Make sure all canned fruits are thoroughly drained, then dump everything else into a big serving bowl.
03 - Gently stir in the whipped cream mix. Let it cool in the fridge for at least half an hour before you dig in.

# Notes:

01 - You can make this up to 24 hours ahead
02 - Toss in marshmallows right before eating for best texture
03 - Don't skip draining the fruits or you'll end up with soggy salad
