01 -
Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and facilitate cleanup.
02 -
In a skillet over medium heat, break up ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in crumbled bacon, mixing evenly. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
03 -
On a lightly floured surface, unroll pizza dough and shape into a large rectangle.
04 -
Evenly distribute the beef-bacon mixture over the rolled dough, leaving a small border at the edges. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and diced pickles over the filling.
05 -
Starting from one long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice the roll into 2.5 cm pieces and arrange them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet, spacing slightly apart.
06 -
Mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush the tops and sides of each roll-up with the garlic butter mixture.
07 -
Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley while warm.
08 -
Serve warm with ketchup and mustard for dipping.
