Garlic Butter Steak (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

β†’ Steak

01 - 2 pounds of skirt steak
02 - Season with pepper and salt as needed

β†’ Garlic Butter Sauce

03 - 6 tablespoons of butter
04 - 6 teaspoons of minced garlic
05 - Half a cup of finely chopped parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the steak so it fits into your skillet. Dry it off and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
02 - Warm oil in a big pan over medium-high heat. Sear the meat for about 2–3 minutes per side for medium-rare or until it’s the way you like it. Let it rest on a plate afterward.
03 - In a separate pan, melt the butter on low heat and toss in the garlic. Stir a bit, and as soon as the garlic starts turning golden, take it off the heat.
04 - Cut the steak into slices against the grain, spoon the garlic butter over it, then sprinkle parsley on top to finish.

# Notes:

01 - Keep a close eye on garlic as it cooks. It burns fast!
02 - Let the steak rest after cooking so it stays juicy.
