                Slice the steak so it fits into your skillet. Dry it off and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.

                Warm oil in a big pan over medium-high heat. Sear the meat for about 2β3 minutes per side for medium-rare or until itβs the way you like it. Let it rest on a plate afterward.

                In a separate pan, melt the butter on low heat and toss in the garlic. Stir a bit, and as soon as the garlic starts turning golden, take it off the heat.

                Cut the steak into slices against the grain, spoon the garlic butter over it, then sprinkle parsley on top to finish.
