→ Homemade Garlic Butter Alternative

06 - Soft unsalted butter (½ cup/1 stick/113g) for filling
07 - Snipped fresh chives (1 tbsp) for filling
08 - Finely chopped fresh garlic (1 tbsp) for filling
09 - Melted unsalted butter (3 tbsp) for topping
10 - Finely chopped fresh garlic (1 tsp) for topping
11 - Snipped fresh chives (1 tsp) for topping
12 - Kosher salt (1 tsp) for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F. Give a 12-cup muffin tin a good coat of nonstick spray. Lay each dough tube out on a lightly floured counter and roll into a 12x16-inch flat rectangle.
02 - Smear ⅓ of the spread across each flattened dough sheet, then scatter 1 cup of the shredded cheddar on top.
03 - Starting from the long side, roll each sheet into a log shape. Cut each log down the middle, then slice those pieces lengthwise to make four sections per sheet (you'll have 12 pieces total).
04 - Twist each section into a spiral with the layers showing on the outside, and tuck the end underneath. Pop them into your greased muffin tin.
05 - Stick them in the oven for 20-25 minutes till they're nice and golden.
06 - Mix the melted spread with salt, then brush it over your hot cruffins before you serve them.

01 - You can whip up homemade garlic butter if you can't find the spread
02 - If you're using dough with perforations, press the seams together first
