Creamy Garlic Chicken Spinach (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 4 chicken breasts, no skin or bones

→ Base Sauce

02 - 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
03 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
04 - 1 cup of heavy cream
05 - 4 cloves of garlic, minced
06 - 1/2 cup chicken stock

→ Produce

07 - 3 cups of fresh spinach leaves

→ Seasonings

08 - Salt and black pepper as you prefer
09 - 1 teaspoon blend of Italian herbs

# Instructions:

01 - Warm olive oil in a big pan over medium heat. Sprinkle the chicken with pepper, salt, and herbs. Sear each side for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Take the chicken out and set it to the side.
02 - Using the same pan, cook garlic for 1 minute until you smell its aroma.
03 - Add heavy cream and chicken stock to the pan, stirring well. Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese and let it gently cook for 2-3 minutes.
04 - Put spinach into the sauce and stir until it softens. Place the chicken back into the pan and cover it in the sauce.
05 - Plate it warm and pair it with foods you like best.

01 - If you prefer a thicker sauce, let the pan simmer a little longer before adding the chicken back in.
