01 -
Break up your graham crackers and Hershey's bar into small pieces. Slice those mini marshmallows in half - this trick stops them from going crazy when they're baking!
02 -
Mix your flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cornstarch together in a bowl. Put it aside for later.
03 -
Mix your softened butter with both types of sugar until fluffy (about 2 minutes). Add the egg and vanilla, stirring until smooth, and scrape down the sides when needed.
04 -
Slowly add the flour mix into your butter mixture using low speed. Then fold in most of the marshmallows (keep some for later), chocolate chips, and graham bits. Don't stir too much!
05 -
Let your dough chill in the fridge for at least an hour. When it's time, warm your oven to 350°F and shape dough into 2-tablespoon balls, leaving about 2 inches between them on lined cookie sheets.
06 -
Cook for 8 minutes, then add those leftover marshmallows and Hershey's chunks on top. Return to the oven for 2-3 more minutes until golden. If marshmallows start spreading out, just push them back with a cookie cutter while still hot!
