Ham Cheese Low Carb (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup whole milk
02 - 1 tablespoon salted butter
03 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 cup diced ham
06 - 12 large eggs
07 - Fresh parsley or chives for garnish
08 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
09 - 3/4 cup diced yellow onion (about 1 onion)

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the oven and set it to 425˚F.
02 - Melt the butter in a big skillet on medium heat. Toss in the onions and let them cook, stirring once in a while, for 5-7 minutes. Once soft, mix in the ham and cook for a bit longer.
03 - Grab a large bowl and whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cheese (save a bit for topping if you like).
04 - Place the skillet on medium-low heat. Pour in the egg mixture, giving it a good stir to spread everything around. Let it cook for about a minute without touching it, just until the edges firm up.
05 - Move the skillet into the oven and let it bake for around 10-12 minutes, just until the middle sets. Take it out, let it cool a bit, then slice it up.
