Homemade Chicken Fried Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 pound diced chicken bits
02 - 3 cups pre-cooked rice

→ Vegetables

03 - 1 small diced white onion
04 - 1 cup thawed frozen peas and carrots mix
05 - 2 tablespoons sliced green onions (if you want)

→ Seasonings & Oils

06 - 1 tablespoon cooking oil
07 - 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
08 - 3 tablespoons divided soy sauce

→ Other

09 - 2 large eggs, slightly whisked

# Instructions:

01 - Warm cooking oil with 1 tablespoon soy sauce in a big pan. Toss chicken until golden and done inside. Take it out and put aside.
02 - Pour sesame oil in the same pan. Cook onion with the peas and carrots until soft.
03 - Move all veggies to one side, crack eggs on empty space and stir till scrambled. Mix everything together once eggs are done.
04 - Toss in rice, cooked chicken, and leftover soy sauce. Stir everything till hot. Throw some green onions on top if you like.
