Taco Bell Nacho Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheese Dip

01 - 1 tablespoon butter with salt
02 - 1/2 cup full-fat milk
03 - 8 ounces yellow American cheese slices
04 - 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce or pickled jalapeño liquid

→ Spice Mix

05 - 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
06 - 2 teaspoons table salt
07 - 1 teaspoon ground chili
08 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic
09 - 1 teaspoon dried onion powder

→ Fries

10 - 1 pound Ore-Ida Super Crunchy Fast Food Style Frozen Fries
11 - Cooking oil for deep frying

# Instructions:

01 - You can grind all the spices together in a grinder or small processor if you want them really fine.
02 - Put butter, milk, cheese, and hot pepper sauce in a small saucepan. Warm it up slowly until everything melts, and stir it all together.
03 - Get your oil hot (350°F) in a big pot. Drop in the frozen fries and cook them for 6-8 minutes until they're super crunchy.
04 - Put the hot fries on a wire rack, shake plenty of the spice mix over them. Serve them with the warm cheese dip.
