Applebee's Wonton Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Poultry

01 - 2 chicken breasts, chopped into small cubes
02 - 2 tablespoons sweet bean paste
03 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
04 - 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
05 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed
06 - 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root

→ Crunchy Mix

07 - 1 bag shredded cabbage mix (397g)
08 - 4 scallions, cut into thin rings
09 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
10 - 1 tablespoon mild rice vinegar
11 - 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
12 - 1 tablespoon natural honey

→ Finishing

13 - 16 thin dumpling wrappers
14 - Spicy sweet sauce for drizzling
15 - Handful fresh coriander leaves
16 - Sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Warm your oven to 375°F. Brush wrappers with oil and hang them over the edges of a baking pan. Cook for 7-8 minutes, gently bend into shape while they're still warm, then pop back in for another 7-8 minutes until they're crunchy.
02 - Stir together the cubed chicken with sweet bean paste, toasted sesame oil, light soy sauce, crushed garlic, and grated ginger. Toss in a hot pan for 7-8 minutes till the meat's done.
03 - Mix your cabbage blend, sliced scallions, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, light soy sauce, and honey in a large bowl.
04 - Stuff the crispy wonton cups with chicken mixture, add a heap of the crunchy topping, add a splash of spicy sweet sauce, then scatter coriander and sesame seeds on top.

# Notes:

01 - Try using chicken thighs if you want juicier meat
02 - You can keep the cooked chicken in your fridge for 3-4 days or freeze it up to 3 months
03 - For fewer carbs, wrap everything in lettuce leaves instead of wontons
