Honey Lemon Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 lbs of chicken wings, split into drumettes and wingettes.
02 - 2 tsp baking powder.
03 - 2 tbsp plain flour.
04 - 1 1/2 tsp of salt.
05 - 1/4 cup of honey.
06 - 1 tsp ground paprika.
07 - 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice.
08 - 1/4 cup cooled, melted unsalted butter.
09 - 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning (no salt included).

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 450°F. Cover a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on it.
02 - Dry the wings, then toss them in a mix of paprika, baking powder, salt, and flour.
03 - Spread wings out on the rack with some space and bake them at 450°F for 15 minutes.
04 - Drop the oven temperature to 425°F and bake the wings for another 15 minutes.
05 - Combine honey, melted butter, lemon juice, and lemon pepper seasoning in a bowl.
06 - Toss the baked wings in the honey-lemon mixture until fully covered.
07 - Put the wings back in the oven for another 10 minutes so the sauce sticks to them.
08 - Let everything sit for 5 minutes, then enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - The wings are ready when their internal temp hits 160°F.
02 - For a spicy kick, try swapping honey with hot honey.
