Hot Beer Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup shredded cheddar.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon each of onion and garlic powder.
03 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella.
04 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
06 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
07 - 1 cup beer.
08 - 1 pound Italian sausage.
09 - 2 tablespoons plain flour.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
11 - 1/2 cup milk.
12 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Crumble sausage in a skillet on medium and cook until there’s no more pink.
02 - Warm beer in a saucepan, stirring in softened cream cheese until smooth.
03 - Toss in mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan, mixing until it's creamy and lump-free.
04 - Add milk, flour, garlic and onion powders, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir ‘til thickened up.
05 - Mix the browned sausage into the cheese sauce, making sure it’s evenly combined.
06 - Scoop into a dish and pair with pretzels or chips while still warm.

01 - A slow cooker keeps it warm if needed.
02 - Spicy sausage gives it more kick.
