Hot Fudge Brownie Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 box (520 g) brownie baking mix
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 60 ml water
04 - 120 ml vegetable oil

→ Chocolate Additions

05 - 120 ml hot fudge sauce, plus extra for drizzling
06 - 80 g semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)

→ Preparation

07 - Nonstick cooking spray or butter for greasing
08 - All-purpose flour for dusting the pan

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a 23x13 cm loaf pan with nonstick spray or butter and lightly dust with flour.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, blend the brownie mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until smooth and thick.
03 - Gently fold 120 ml hot fudge sauce into the batter, taking care not to overmix to preserve swirls.
04 - If desired, stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips for additional richness.
05 - Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and level the surface.
06 - Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Check at 45 minutes; if the surface browns excessively, tent loosely with foil. The loaf is ready when a toothpick inserted in the centre yields a few moist crumbs.
07 - Let cool in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Warm additional hot fudge and drizzle over before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Do not overmix the fudge into the batter; visible swirls enhance both texture and appearance.
