Burger Cheese Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Filling

01 - Cooking oil (2 tablespoons)
02 - Tiny onion, chopped
03 - Crushed garlic (2)
04 - Beef mince (1 pound)
05 - Brown sauce (1 tablespoon)
06 - Tomato sauce (1 tablespoon)
07 - Powdered garlic (½ teaspoon)
08 - Dried onion (¼ teaspoon)
09 - Smoky red pepper (¼ teaspoon)
10 - Seasoning to your liking
11 - Grated cheese (1 cup)

→ For Assembly

12 - Egg roll skins
13 - Cooking oil for deep frying

# Instructions:

01 - Pour cooking oil into a warm pan over medium-high flame. Throw in chopped onions with crushed garlic, cooking them for about 2-3 minutes till they get soft.
02 - Dump beef mince into your pan. Break it up while cooking until it turns brown. Mix in tomato sauce, brown sauce, and all your spices.
03 - Scoop the meat mix into a bowl and stir in your grated cheese until everything's mixed well.
04 - Dampen the sides of each wrapper, put some meat mix in the middle, then fold corners inward to close it up.
05 - Warm up oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Drop in rolls for 2-3 minutes each side until they look golden. Let them dry on paper towels before eating.
