Turn your oven on to 400°F. Grab two baking sheets with sides and cover them with foil or parchment paper.

Mix the milk into your breadcrumbs and wait till they've soaked up all the liquid and gone soft.

Throw your beef, milk-soaked crumbs, chopped onion, eggs, salt, pepper, and extra spices if using into a big bowl. Mix everything until it's just combined.

Roll the meat mix into little balls about 1 tablespoon each and put them on your lined sheets. Pop them in the oven for 12-14 minutes but don't leave them too long.

As your meatballs cook, warm up the butter in a pot on medium. Toss in the chopped garlic for half a minute, then add the honey, ketchup, and soy sauce. Let it bubble gently for 5 minutes.

Drop the cooked meatballs into your sauce and let everything hang out together for 7-10 minutes until the meatballs are done and nicely coated.
