Shrimp Scampi Lasagna (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 sheets of lasagna pasta.
02 - 1 pound peeled, cleaned large shrimp.
03 - A quarter cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed.
04 - A quarter teaspoon of nutmeg if you'd like.
05 - 2 cups double cream.
06 - 1 teaspoon of Italian dry herbs.
07 - 4 tablespoons butter, unsalted.
08 - A sprinkle of red chili flakes (optional).
09 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
10 - A quarter cup dry white wine (if you'd like).
11 - 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped finely.
12 - 1 teaspoon nutmeg if desired.
13 - 2 eggs—your choice if large or medium.
14 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded.
15 - 2 cups ricotta cheese.
16 - One and a half cups Parmesan cheese (split between steps).

# Instructions:

01 - Sauté minced garlic in melted butter. Toss shrimp into the pan, cook till they turn pink, then pour in wine, lemon juice, and spices.
02 - Boil the lasagna sheets just until they're soft but still firm.
03 - Stir together the ricotta, 1 cup of Parmesan, 1 cup of mozzarella, seasonings, and eggs in a bowl.
04 - In a baking dish, start layering cream, pasta sheets, shrimp, and the cheese mix.
05 - Finish with another layer of pasta, a generous spread of cream, and the rest of the cheeses.
06 - Put it in the oven at 375°F covered for 25 minutes. Then uncover and bake another 10–15 minutes until the top looks golden.
