# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 225g Italian sausage or ground beef, or a combination

→ Sauce

02 - 120ml low-carb marinara or pizza sauce, no added sugar

→ Cheese

03 - 100g shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Vegetables

04 - 35g chopped green bell pepper
05 - 35g sliced mushrooms
06 - 30g sliced black olives (optional)

→ Seasonings

07 - 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 0.25 teaspoon Italian seasoning
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Optional toppings

11 - Pepperoni slices
12 - Cooked bacon bits
13 - Red pepper flakes
14 - Grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease two to three small oven-safe ramekins or bowls.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the sausage or ground beef, stirring and breaking apart until fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Season meat with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Distribute the cooked meat evenly among the ramekins. Spoon approximately two tablespoons of marinara sauce over each portion of meat. Add green bell pepper, mushrooms, and black olives over the sauce. Top each with shredded mozzarella cheese.
04 - If desired, layer on pepperoni, additional vegetables, or preferred optional toppings.
05 - Place ramekins on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
06 - For a golden cheese topping, broil for 1 to 2 minutes while monitoring closely to prevent burning.
07 - Allow bowls to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy directly or accompany with a side salad for a complete meal.
