Mango Lime Herb Blend (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce Base

01 - 1-1½ cups of fresh cilantro leaves
02 - ½ cup of freshly squeezed lime juice
03 - 1 medium shallot
04 - 1 cup of ripe mango chunks
05 - ½ cup of good quality olive oil
06 - ½ teaspoon of fine sea salt or pink salt
07 - ½ teaspoon of black pepper (if you want)

# Instructions:

01 - Wash the cilantro well and give it a good shake to dry. If making the AIP version, just pick the leaves off the stems.
02 - Throw everything into your food processor and run it for about 30-60 seconds until you get a smooth, creamy mix.
03 - Use right away or keep in the fridge for another time.

# Notes:

01 - For AIP diet folks, just stick with cilantro leaves and skip the black pepper
02 - Works great drizzled over grilled fish, chicken, or as a summery salad topping
