Mashed Potato Cheese Puffs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Mixture

01 - 480 g leftover mashed potatoes
02 - 100 g shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 60 g all-purpose flour
05 - 1 tsp fine salt
06 - 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
07 - 1 tsp garlic powder

→ Coating

08 - 100 g breadcrumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, blend mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, eggs, flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
03 - Portion the mixture into golf ball-sized rounds and shape by hand or with a scoop.
04 - Roll each puff in breadcrumbs, ensuring a full and even coating.
05 - Place coated puffs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
06 - Allow the cheese puffs to cool slightly before serving with a preferred dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Using cold mashed potatoes helps the mixture hold its shape during baking.
