Orange Honey Gin Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cocktail Base

01 - Good gin, 2 oz
02 - Squeezed lemon juice, ¾ oz
03 - Squeezed orange juice, 3 oz
04 - Honey, 1 tablespoon
05 - Agave nectar, 1 teaspoon

→ Garnish

06 - Orange zest, for finishing

# Instructions:

01 - Throw gin, both juices, honey, and agave nectar into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
02 - Give it a good, hard shake for about 5-10 seconds until everything's mixed up.
03 - Pour through a strainer into your martini glass and top with a strip of orange zest.

# Notes:

01 - Mid-range gin works best to get those nice plant and flower hints
02 - Don't skip the hand-squeezed citrus - it really makes a difference
