Peach Oatmeal Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 peaches
02 - 2 cups (190g) rolled oats
03 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
07 - 1/4 cup (60ml) maple syrup
08 - 1/4 cup (60ml) cooled melted butter
09 - 2 large eggs
10 - 1/4 cup (60ml) plain yogurt
11 - 1 cup (240ml) milk

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and let it warm up.
02 - In a roomy mixing bowl, combine milk, yogurt, eggs, butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Give it a good whisk until smooth.
03 - Remove the skin from the peaches. Chop 3 into chunks and slice the last one into thin pieces.
04 - Toss the cubed peaches and oats into the wet mixture and stir to coat everything well.
05 - Butter a 9-inch (23cm) pie dish (or something similar). Pour the mix into the dish and spread it out evenly, then layer the peach slices neatly on top.
06 - Pop it in the oven and bake for around 45 minutes, or until the middle feels firm.
07 - Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before you dig in.
