Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and let it warm up.

In a roomy mixing bowl, combine milk, yogurt, eggs, butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Give it a good whisk until smooth.

Remove the skin from the peaches. Chop 3 into chunks and slice the last one into thin pieces.

Toss the cubed peaches and oats into the wet mixture and stir to coat everything well.

Butter a 9-inch (23cm) pie dish (or something similar). Pour the mix into the dish and spread it out evenly, then layer the peach slices neatly on top.

Pop it in the oven and bake for around 45 minutes, or until the middle feels firm.

Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before you dig in.
