Mix warm water with sugar, keep stirring until the sugar fully melts.

Take a medium bowl and put in the peach chunks, mint leaves, and pour half the sugar mix over them. Crush until the mint gets broken and peaches turn mushy.

Pour your crushed mix into a pitcher and add the leftover sugar mixture.

Drop ice into your pitcher, pour both fizzy waters on top, and mix with a light touch.
