Peanut Butter Air Fryer Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Base

01 - Smooth peanut butter, 1 cup
02 - White sugar, 1 cup
03 - One big egg

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the sugar, peanut butter, and egg in a medium bowl until everything's thoroughly mixed.
02 - Put a sheet of parchment paper on the bottom of your Air Fryer basket.
03 - Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the paper using a 1-inch cookie scoop. Make the traditional pattern by pushing a fork down on each cookie twice, creating crossed lines.
04 - Set your Air Fryer to 400°F and cook for 4-5 minutes until cookies turn slightly golden on top.
05 - Leave cookies in the basket to firm up for a couple minutes before moving them to a wire rack.

# Notes:

01 - Let your cookies totally cool in the basket before you touch them
02 - Keep them fresh in a sealed container for up to 4 days
03 - They taste amazing with a glass of cold milk or a scoop of ice cream
04 - Extra dough stays good in the fridge for up to 3 days when sealed tight
