Quick Pepperoni Cheese Crisps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup of grated cheddar (or a blend of mozzarella and parmesan)
02 - A dozen pepperoni slices
03 - 1/4 cup of tomato sauce with no sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Put a nonstick pan on medium heat. Scoop a tablespoon of the shredded cheese into little heaps in the pan, leaving gaps between each pile.
02 - Once you notice the cheese bubbling (in about a minute), add a pepperoni slice on top of each cheesy heap.
03 - Keep cooking until the edges of the cheese are golden and crunchy. Flip them over and cook the pepperoni side for 30 seconds. Serve warm with the tomato sauce.
