Put a nonstick pan on medium heat. Scoop a tablespoon of the shredded cheese into little heaps in the pan, leaving gaps between each pile.

Once you notice the cheese bubbling (in about a minute), add a pepperoni slice on top of each cheesy heap.

Keep cooking until the edges of the cheese are golden and crunchy. Flip them over and cook the pepperoni side for 30 seconds. Serve warm with the tomato sauce.
