Easy Pineapple-Peach Mojito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Simple Syrup

01 - 1 cup of regular white sugar
02 - ¾ cup of hot water

→ Fruits and Herbs

03 - About 3 to 4 peaches, sliced and without pits
04 - A cup of fresh mint leafy sprigs (plus more for topping)

→ Fizzy Water

05 - 2 cans of bubbly peach-flavored water
06 - 2 cans of fizzy pineapple-flavored water

→ Extras

07 - 2 trays of ice cubes (about 24 cubes)

# Instructions:

01 - Mix hot water with sugar and stir until the sugar melts completely.
02 - Put the peach slices, mint leaves, and half of the syrup into a medium bowl. Mash them up until the mint looks bruised and the peaches are a bit mushy.
03 - Move the mashed mixture into a pitcher and pour in the rest of the syrup.
04 - Toss ice into the pitcher, then add the sparkling waters, and stir slowly to mix.
05 - Pour the drink into glasses and pretty them up with mint and peach slices.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to add your favorite booze to turn it into a cocktail
02 - You can reduce the syrup if you don’t like it too sweet
03 - Serve it right away so the fizz doesn’t fade
04 - It’s cool to use only peach or only pineapple water if you'd rather
