Nutty Ricotta Bread Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread Base

01 - 10 pieces French bread stick
02 - 3 tablespoons fruity olive oil
03 - ¼ cup parsley flakes (dried)
04 - Pinch of salt and cracked pepper

→ Cheese Mix

05 - 15 ounces creamy ricotta (whole milk)
06 - ¾ teaspoon table salt
07 - ¾ teaspoon freshly ground pepper

→ Garnishes

08 - ½ cup crushed pistachio nuts
09 - ¼ cup runny honey

# Instructions:

01 - First, get your oven hot at 400°F (200°C). This will make your bread bits perfectly crispy outside but keep them a bit soft inside.
02 - Grab your baguette slices and chop each one in half to make them smaller and easier to eat. They'll be perfect little bites for your guests. Toss all the pieces into a bowl.
03 - Pour oil all over the bread chunks and mix them around so they're all coated. Shake some salt and pepper on top. Add your dried parsley and toss everything again until the herbs stick to all pieces.
04 - Lay out all your bread bits on a baking tray without them touching each other. Stick them in the hot oven for 4 minutes, then flip them over and cook another 3 minutes until they're golden and crunchy.
05 - While your bread gets toasty, grab a small bowl and mix your ricotta with the salt and pepper. Stir it all up so the flavor spreads through all the cheese.
06 - Let your toasted bread cool down for a minute. Then scoop a big dollop of your seasoned ricotta onto each piece to make a thick, creamy topping.
07 - Scatter your chopped pistachios over all the cheese-covered toasts. Press them down gently so they stick. Then drizzle honey over everything so it pools a bit on the cheese and nuts.
08 - Put all your finished toasts on a nice plate and serve them while they're still warm. Everyone will love the mix of warm crunchy bread, cool cheese, nutty bits, and sweet honey in each bite.
