Potato Sausage Pan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
02 - ½ teaspoon smoked paprika.
03 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
04 - 4 medium russet potatoes, cut into cubes.
05 - 1 pound smoked sausage, cut into slices.
06 - 1 small onion, diced.
07 - 1 red bell pepper, diced.
08 - Salt and black pepper to your taste.
09 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
10 - Shredded cheddar for topping (optional).
11 - Chopped fresh parsley, 2 tablespoons.
12 - Hot sauce for extra flavor (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Put oil in a hot skillet, cook the potato pieces with seasonings until they're soft inside and crispy on the outside, around 10-12 minutes.
02 - Brown the sausage slices for about 3-4 minutes, mix in the onion, pepper, and garlic, and cook until they’re softened and a bit golden, about 5-7 minutes.
03 - Toss the cooked potatoes back into the skillet, mix everything together, and let it heat up for 2-3 minutes.
04 - Sprinkle parsley on top, and add cheddar or hot sauce if you'd like.
