Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and toss in the chopped tomatoes. Stir, then cover and let it simmer till they soften into a sauce, roughly 4-5 minutes.

Put the shrimp into the simmering tomato base, cooking until they’re pink with a firm texture. Give it about 4-5 minutes.

Mix in the garlic, dill, and the rest of the olive oil. Stir till combined.
