Easy Garlic Shrimp Tomato (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450g shrimp, deveined and peeled
02 - 1 bunch of dill, finely chopped
03 - 5 cloves of garlic, finely minced
04 - 4 diced tomatoes
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and toss in the chopped tomatoes. Stir, then cover and let it simmer till they soften into a sauce, roughly 4-5 minutes.
02 - Put the shrimp into the simmering tomato base, cooking until they’re pink with a firm texture. Give it about 4-5 minutes.
03 - Mix in the garlic, dill, and the rest of the olive oil. Stir till combined.
04 - Plate it right away while it’s warm.

# Notes:

01 - If the sauce feels too thin, you can stir in a tablespoon of tomato paste to make it thicker.
