Honey Garlic Shrimp Sausage (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 300g (10 oz) peeled and deveined shrimp.
02 - 200g (7 oz) sausage slices, smoked.
03 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
04 - 2 cups of broccoli pieces.
05 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
06 - ¼ cup of soy sauce.
07 - ¼ cup of honey.
08 - 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar.
09 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (if you like).
10 - ½ teaspoon of spicy red pepper flakes (only if you want spice).
11 - Chopped green onions for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up some oil, cook sausage slices for 3-4 mins, and take them out.
02 - In the leftover oil, cook the shrimp for 2-3 mins per side till they turn pink.
03 - Toss broccoli around in the pan for 3-4 mins, keeping it bright and a little crunchy.
04 - Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and pepper flakes together, then pour in.
05 - Add back the meat, stir everything with sauce, and top with onions before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Any pre-cooked sausage can work here.
02 - Goes great with noodles or rice on the side.
03 - Best eaten right after making it.
