Easy Pepper Jelly Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packs of soft Boursin cheese (5.3 ounce rounds), left at room temperature
02 - A dash of half and half (roughly 1 tablespoon)
03 - About 5 ounces of pepper jelly (half a jar)
04 - Optional garnish: freshly snipped chives for color
05 - Crackers for dipping - butter, wheat, or your personal favorites

# Instructions:

01 - Drop the room temperature Boursin rounds into a food processor (or use a hand mixer with a mixing bowl). Add your dash of half and half and blend until it's light and airy - just 30 seconds will do. Remember to stop and push down anything stuck on the sides for even fluffiness.
02 - Pick a nice flat serving dish or shallow bowl and smooth the whipped cheese mixture across the bottom in an even layer.
03 - If your pepper jelly seems too stiff, warm it for 10-30 seconds in the microwave to soften. Then just pour it over your cheese layer. Most folks use half the jar, but add more if you want extra sweetness! Scatter those chives on top for a pretty finish.
04 - You're done! Set it out with plenty of crackers or some homemade pita chips and watch everyone gobble it up. The best part? It only took 5 minutes to throw together!

# Notes:

01 - This crowd-pleaser vanishes first at gatherings - you might need to make two batches!
02 - The tangy herbed cheese with spicy-sweet jelly makes a perfect flavor combo.
03 - Try using cranberry pepper jelly during winter months for a festive touch.
