11 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
12 - 1 1/2 cups of ketchup
13 - 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

15 - 1 tsp hot cayenne powder
16 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
17 - 2 cups of water
18 - 2 tsp onion powder
19 - 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 320°F (160°C) and let it warm up.
02 - Combine the spices from the Rub in a bowl and coat your ribs on every side by pressing the mix onto them.
03 - In a big baking dish, stir together all the Barbecue Sauce ingredients except the water, then mix in the water last.
04 - Lay the ribs meat-side down in the pan with the sauce, and seal the whole thing tightly with foil.
05 - Cook the covered ribs in the oven for 3 hours and 30 minutes.
06 - Take off the foil, turn the ribs over, and bake without a cover for 30 more minutes while basting once or twice to get them sticky and golden.

# Notes:

01 - You can prepare this in advance and warm it up later
02 - Keep leftovers frozen for up to 3 months—it stores great
03 - If you like extra smoky flavor, finish these on the grill
04 - The meat should easily pull off the bone when done
