                Use an electric whisk or mixer to whip the egg whites until they form soft peaks that hold their shape.

                In a bowl, mix the egg yolk with the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, and baking powder. Gradually pour in the milk while whisking until it’s all smooth. Gently fold in the whipped egg whites from earlier.

                Warm a bit of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a quarter of the batter to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Repeat until you have four pancakes. Keep them warm in the oven while you work.

                Heat the pan again with some oil. Divide the beef into two equal portions, roll into balls, and press flat in a sizzling pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, flip, add cheese, and let it melt for another minute or two.

                Layer a pancake at the bottom, place a cheeseburger patty on it, drizzle with sauce, add pickles, and top with another pancake. Do the same to create the second burger.
