In a mixing bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika until fully combined. Add red pepper flakes if increased heat is desired.

Place the cocktail sausages in a medium saucepan or the bowl of a slow cooker. Pour the prepared sauce mixture over the sausages and stir to evenly coat all pieces.
