Pop sweet potatoes in a 450°F oven for about an hour until they're super soft.

Turn oven down to 350°F.

Take off potato skins and dump them in a big bowl.

Throw in butter, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Use an electric mixer to whip until it's creamy.

Pour the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.

Sprinkle pecans and scatter marshmallows on top.

Stick it back in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the marshmallows turn golden brown.
