Dry wings completely with paper towel. Mix with salt, pepper, jerk seasoning and baking powder until fully covered.

Heat air fryer to 400°F. Lightly coat the rack with cooking spray and place wings in one layer without stacking them.

Air fry wings for 15-17 minutes, turning once halfway, until they're almost done.

While wings cook, melt butter and garlic in a pot on medium heat. Stir in honey, tamari, hot sauce, ginger and paprika. Let bubble for 3-4 minutes.

Dunk crispy wings in the sauce or paint them with glaze, then pop back in the air fryer for 8 more minutes before you eat.
