Bang Bang Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salmon

01 - 2 pounds salmon chunk
02 - 2 tablespoons mayo
03 - 1 teaspoon powdered onion
04 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic
05 - 1 teaspoon spicy powder
06 - 2 teaspoons mashed garlic
07 - Garlic salt and cracked pepper as needed

→ Bang Bang Sauce

08 - 3/4 cup mayo
09 - 1/2 cup Asian sweet chili sauce
10 - 1 tablespoon hot sauce
11 - 1 tablespoon salty sauce
12 - 1 teaspoon bee syrup
13 - 1 clove garlic, crushed or chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 450°F
02 - Dry the salmon, take off the skin, and slice into chunks about 1-1.5 inches big
03 - Combine mayo with spices and mashed garlic, then rub all over the fish pieces
04 - Spread the coated fish on your tray with gaps between them for even browning
05 - Pop in oven for 10 minutes, then switch to broil for 2-3 minutes until golden - keep an eye on it!
06 - While fish cooks, stir all the bang bang sauce stuff together in a bowl
07 - Pour your fresh sauce over the hot fish bites before serving

# Notes:

01 - Try plain yogurt or light mayo if you want fewer calories
02 - Cook just 7 minutes if you like your salmon more pink inside
03 - A sprinkle of cajun mix works great for extra kick
