Spinach Cheese Meatballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large egg, beaten.
02 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
03 - 1 pound of ground beef or pork-blend.
04 - Chopped spinach, 1 cup.
05 - ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese.
06 - ½ tsp sea salt.
07 - ¼ tsp black pepper.
08 - 1 cup of mozzarella chunks.
09 - 2 tablespoons cooking olive oil.
10 - ¼ cup plain breadcrumbs.
11 - ½ tsp dried Italian herbs.

# Instructions:

01 - Throw the meat, greens, garlic, egg, Parmesan, crumbs, and spices in a bowl. Gently mix till combined.
02 - Take a bit of the meat mix, place a mozzarella piece in the middle, and gently mold it into a ball.
03 - Add some oil to a hot skillet and cook the meatballs, turning after 4-5 minutes, till they're brown and done.
04 - Enjoy warm topped with marinara or toss over your favorite pasta.
