In a large bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Gradually add water, mixing until a smooth batter forms.

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, letting any excess drip off, then coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.

Arrange the coated florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, rotating midway, until golden brown and crisp.

While baking, combine Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Whisk until fully blended.

Remove baked cauliflower from the oven and immediately drizzle with Sriracha honey sauce. Toss gently to coat then return to oven for 5-7 minutes until the sauce begins to caramelise.

Remove from the oven, allow to cool for several minutes before serving.
