# Ingredients:

→ Cauliflower Bites

01 - 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
02 - 65 grams all-purpose flour
03 - 65 grams panko breadcrumbs
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 120 millilitres water

→ Sriracha Honey Sauce

10 - 60 millilitres Sriracha sauce
11 - 30 millilitres honey
12 - 15 millilitres low-sodium soy sauce
13 - 15 millilitres sesame oil

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Gradually add water, mixing until a smooth batter forms.
03 - Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, letting any excess drip off, then coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
04 - Arrange the coated florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, rotating midway, until golden brown and crisp.
05 - While baking, combine Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Whisk until fully blended.
06 - Remove baked cauliflower from the oven and immediately drizzle with Sriracha honey sauce. Toss gently to coat then return to oven for 5-7 minutes until the sauce begins to caramelise.
07 - Remove from the oven, allow to cool for several minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For maximum crispiness, ensure the coated florets are spaced apart and not overcrowded on the baking sheet.
