Strawberry Brownies Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Mix for brownies meant for an 8x8-inch tray

→ Topping

02 - 1 pound of fresh strawberries, washed, with tops taken off, and cut in half

→ Chocolate Ganache

03 - 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
04 - ¾ to 1 cup of heavy whipping cream

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the instructions on the brownie mix box to bake it in an 8x8-inch pan. Let it cool down all the way before adding toppings.
02 - Slice strawberries in half, cutting them from top to tip. Place the halves on the cooled brownies with the flat side facing up.
03 - In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the chocolate chips with the cream. Heat for 25 seconds at a time, stirring after each session until the mixture is silky smooth. Don’t let it overheat.
04 - Gently pour the melted ganache over the strawberries, making sure it spreads out and completely coats them.
05 - Pop it into the fridge for about 20 to 30 minutes until the ganache firms up just a little. Slice into portions and enjoy within a day.

# Notes:

01 - Eat within a day, as the strawberries might start getting too juicy
02 - Swap the strawberries out for blueberries or raspberries if you like
