Slice strawberries in half, cutting them from top to tip. Place the halves on the cooled brownies with the flat side facing up.

In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the chocolate chips with the cream. Heat for 25 seconds at a time, stirring after each session until the mixture is silky smooth. Don’t let it overheat.

Gently pour the melted ganache over the strawberries, making sure it spreads out and completely coats them.

Pop it into the fridge for about 20 to 30 minutes until the ganache firms up just a little. Slice into portions and enjoy within a day.
