Grind the freeze-dried strawberries until they turn into a fine, powdery texture using a food processor. If you’d prefer, you can substitute this with pre-made strawberry powder.

In a bowl, combine the strawberry powder and powdered sugar. Stir them together until they’re evenly mixed. Then, pour this mix into a sealable 1-gallon freezer bag.

Use the microwave to melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second bursts, stirring each time so it doesn’t burn. Toss the cereal into a big bowl and gently fold in the melted chocolate until it’s all covered, but don’t crush the cereal. Move it into the bag of powder mix, seal the bag, and shake it gently to coat the cereal evenly.

Spread the coated cereal onto a baking sheet. Let it chill in the fridge for about 15 minutes until the chocolate hardens. After that, keep it in an airtight container.
