Turkey Stuffing Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Gravy for topping.
02 - 1 1/2 cups turkey, shredded.
03 - 3 cups of stuffing.
04 - Optional: panko breadcrumbs.
05 - 3 cups of mashed potatoes.
06 - Pepper to taste (if you'd like).

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 375°F. Coat a baking tray lightly with cooking spray. Heat up potatoes and stuffing so they're easier to work with.
02 - In a big bowl, stir together the potatoes, turkey, and stuffing. Add black pepper if you want.
03 - Roll the mix into tight balls, just like you would for snowballs.
04 - Put the balls on your prepped tray, then pop them in the oven for about 10-12 minutes.
05 - Serve them up and drizzle with warm gravy.

# Notes:

01 - You could fry these instead of baking.
02 - Add panko for that extra crunch, if you'd like.
03 - Measurements don't have to be exact!
