Combine the condensed milk, butter and salt in a mid-sized pot. Heat them over medium flame, constantly mixing until butter completely blends into the mixture.

Add the pistachio cream to your warm mixture and keep stirring until everything's totally combined.

Maintain medium heat for the mixture. Don't stop stirring or it'll burn. Continue until it gets really thick and looks fudgy.

Transfer your hot fudge mix to a container. Stick it in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours until it's solid enough to handle easily.

Scoop tablespoon amounts of the cold mixture. Roll between your hands to make balls. If it's sticky, put a tiny bit of oil on your palms. Then roll each ball in the chopped pistachios until fully covered.
