Blitz the freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor until they turn into fine dust. You can also use ready-made strawberry powder if you're in a hurry.

Combine the strawberry dust with confectioners' sugar in a bowl until you get an even pink color. Dump this mixture into a gallon-sized freezer bag and close it up.

Melt your white chocolate chips in the microwave, stopping every 30 seconds to stir until it's smooth. In a big bowl, carefully mix the melted chocolate with the cereal until every piece is coated - don't squish the cereal! Put everything in the bag with the pink powder and shake gently.

Lay everything out on a baking sheet and pop it in the fridge for 15 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Keep leftovers in a sealed container.
