# Ingredients:

01 - Fluffy Sourdough Bread, 2 pounds
02 - Light olive oil, ⅔ cup

03 - Onion powder, ¾ teaspoon
04 - Garlic powder, ¾ teaspoon
05 - Salt, ¾ teaspoon

→ Optional Seasonings

06 - Dried thyme, 1 teaspoon
07 - Dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon
08 - Smoked paprika, ½-1 teaspoon
09 - Black pepper, ½ teaspoon
10 - Cayenne pepper, ¼ teaspoon
11 - Dried parsley, 2 teaspoons
12 - Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon
13 - Fresh grated Parmigiano Reggiano, 2 tablespoons

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and let it warm up.
02 - Slice sourdough into even small cubes. If you're working with fresh bread, pop it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes to make cutting easier.
03 - Mix olive oil with your chosen spices in a big bowl. Toss in the bread chunks until they're all coated nicely.
04 - Lay out your seasoned bread bits on two baking sheets lined with parchment, making sure they don't overlap.
05 - Pop them in the oven for 15-20 minutes until they turn golden and crunchy. Stir them around halfway through so they brown evenly.
06 - Let your croutons cool down completely on the trays before you eat them or put them away in a sealed container.
